Information you provide

When you use the inquiry form, email us, or contact us through WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, destination, product interests, and custom-order requirements.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare or confirm an order, coordinate product and shipping details, and communicate with LK Chen where needed to fulfill your request.

Third-party services

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes connection data when you visit. FormSubmit receives inquiry-form submissions and emails them to us. WhatsApp and email providers process messages when you use those channels. Do not send payment-card details through the inquiry form.

Some product pages load preview images from YouTube, which sends connection data to its image servers. The video player loads only when you press Play and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. These providers process data under their own policies.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry records only as reasonably needed for communication, order administration, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected].
